Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice are intact
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Items returned after the return window has expired
- Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@sarantimes.in
- Mention your Order ID, product details, and reason for return
- Attach clear images or videos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)
Our support team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
Return Pickup & Shipping
- If the return is approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions
- Return shipping will be free if the issue is from our side (damaged or wrong item)
- In other cases, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
Please note that bank processing time may vary and is beyond our control.
Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:
- We will replace the product with the same item (subject to availability)
- If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment only
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated timeline:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- If the issue persists, email us with your Order ID
